Responsibilities
- Equipment owner, process owner, process developer
- Maintain equipment health
- Collaborate with equipment vendors, material vendors, fab operations, integrators, and management
- Use statistical process control charts, manufacturing execution systems, and web-based software
- Collect wafer history and related data
- Analyze contamination, particle, and elemental data
- Assess the process window
- Formulate design of experiments (DOEs)
- Make continuous improvement to unstable processes
- Work with integration team on yield improvement and process optimization
- Design experiments to develop new processes for advanced technologies
- Drive development for new materials
- Create data packages for implementation of developed processes
- Perform constant industry research
- Keep up to date with semiconductor equipment advancements
- Generate Intellectual Property (IP) for NHanced
- Protect IP through the patenting process
Qualifications – Required
- US Citizenship
- Experience with equipment, chemical processes and photoresist materials specific to lithography
Qualifications – Preferred
- B.S. or M.S. degree in material science, chemical engineering, or related science/engineering discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in lithography
- Experience with photolithography simulation software
- Good understanding of measurement and material analytical techniques
Skills
- Fundamental understanding of CMP equipment
- Strong analytical and design-of-experiments (DOE) knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to adapt with changing semiconductor technologies
- Understanding of material properties and characterization techniques of lithography
- Must be able to wear cleanroom attire, including face mask and protective eye gear
