January 19, 2024 saw the official opening of our Odon facility. This site will perform mid-volume production, low-volume advanced package assembly, and workforce training.
Joining us for the ceremony was Indiana’s US Senator Todd Young and dignitaries from Naval SWC Crane, the State legislature, and several universities and civic groups.
This is our first step in bringing advanced semiconductor packaging to Indiana; we plan additional semiconductor facilities in the state.
