Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in related technical fields
- US citizenship or permanent residency
Preferred Experience
- Engineering work in semiconductor packaging, design, or manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, manage, and track projects
- Interact frequently with customers
- Interface with in-house technical teams
- Coordinate with external technical partners
- Provide regular reports to management
- Plan and conduct meetings
Technical Skills
- Project planning, scheduling, and tracking
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
Personal Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
