Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in related technical fields
• US citizenship or permanent residency

Preferred Experience

• Engineering work in semiconductor packaging, design, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, manage, and track projects
• Interact frequently with customers
• Interface with in-house technical teams
• Coordinate with external technical partners
• Provide regular reports to management
• Plan and conduct meetings

Technical Skills

• Project planning, scheduling, and tracking
• MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel

Personal Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
