Carl Petteway is Director of Operations at our advanced packaging prototype and development fab in Morrisville, NC. He has more than 35 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in advanced packaging including wafer-to-wafer bonding and die-to-wafer bonding.

Before joining us at NHanced, Carl served as Fab Manager at Novati Technologies, leading the 3D advanced packaging development team. Other experience includes various roles at Mitsubishi Semiconductor, Unitive Electronics, and Ziptronix. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree in Applied Science.
