Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
• Monitor production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets and quality standards
• Ensure that production standards and procedures are followed
• Collaborate with other departments including sales, engineering, and procurement to improve processes and minimize costs
• Identify and address production issues to prevent delays or errors
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies for production needs
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and infrastructure to reduce downtime and maximize productivity
• Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow
• Coordinate and manage new fab layout; oversee installation of new equipment
• Ensure that design fixtures and templates are ready before project commencement
• Ensure product and process quality meets required specifications
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving, and process improvement activities
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Undertake special projects as required

Qualifications

• Required: U.S. citizenship
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
  or equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in production management
• Thorough knowledge of production processes and procedures
