Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement equipment systems to meet production requirements
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as necessary
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel as needed
- Work closely with other departments and suppliers to ensure equipment systems meet quality, cost, and delivery goals
- Maintain accurate equipment documentation and records
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance of all Company policies and OSHA rules in your work environment
- Comply with and support the Company’s ISO 9001:2015 requirements/documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: U.S citizenship or permanent residency
- Required: BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent education
or equivalent experience in equipment maintenance/installation
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering or a related role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Advanced understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of automation and control systems
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical controls

Physical Requirements/Restrictions
- Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear
- Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per day
- Lift 35 lbs
