Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement equipment systems to meet production requirements
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as necessary
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel as needed
• Work closely with other departments and suppliers to ensure equipment systems meet quality, cost, and delivery goals
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and records
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance of all Company policies and OSHA rules in your work environment
• Comply with and support the Company’s ISO 9001:2015 requirements/documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required: U.S citizenship or permanent residency
• Required: BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
  or equivalent education
  or equivalent experience in equipment maintenance/installation
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering or a related role
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Advanced understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of automation and control systems
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical controls

• Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear
• Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per day
• Lift 35 lbs
