Responsibilities

• Ensure yield, test time, test stability, and manufacturability of integrated circuits after production ramp
• Ensure test program readiness: evaluate, develop, and debug complex test methods and codes
• Develop and debug complex software to convert design validation vectors for test implementation
• Drive design of experiments (DOE) for yield improvement
• Evaluate and drive test program specification with specific emphasis on yield improvement
• Ensure optimal match of mass production requirements with process and production capability;
• Drive, create, and apply concepts for component production, optimizing quality and cost

Qualifications – Required

• US citizenship
• Bachelor/master’s degree in electronic engineering or computer engineering
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product test development
• 5+ years of experience developing tests, patterns/vectors, timing, and diagnostics on automated test equipment

Qualifications – Preferred

• Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) process
• PCB design along with electric and components
• Programming C/C++, VB, Java, Python

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Can interface/communicate effectively with all levels
• Strong Pareto analysis experience to drive debug process
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiar with wafer probers, probe technology, handler, automated thermal control
