Responsibilities

• Operate assigned fab equipment
• Run production material independently
• Follow specified procedures in all operations
• Understand and follow safety requirements of designated equipment and processes

Qualifications

• Required: US citizenship
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Microsoft Suites & Email
• Required experience:
  • Assembly: 2 years
  • Cleanroom: 3 years
  • Semiconductors: 3 years
• Will be required to complete annual in-house training

Personal Skills

• Self-starter capable of managing activities as well as supporting team activities
• Flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations
• Excellent attention to detail is a must

Technical Skills

• Ability to use MES (Mfg. Execution System) to perform job functions
• Ability to use scheduler system to prioritize WIP (Work in Progress)

Work Environment Requirements

• This position involves a lot of walking and standing
• Wear safety lab equipment (e.g. safety glasses, booties, lab coat, protective eye wear, hair covering, face mask)
• Push/pull 10-15 lbs.
• Routinely lift 6 lbs. materials
• Perform detailed visual inspection task
