Responsibilities

• Analyze information to improve manufacturing productivity, cycle times, and queue times
• Project lot schedules
• Identify and develop new controls to improve planning and quoting
• Conduct operational studies to assess future requirements
• Assist management with production material controls
• Assist in shipping completed product
• Perform end-of-project analysis and reporting
• Generate weekly production reports to management

Qualifications

• Required: US citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience preferred
• Preferred: Experience working in micro/nano fabrication cleanroom and/or nano material facility
• Knowledge of laboratory and chemical safety procedures

• Proven ability to work solo and in teams
• Ability to work in a multi-site team setting

Technical Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures
• Ability to interpret documents and train manufacturing personnel related to safety rules, operations, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
