On June 22nd , NHanced Semiconductors, Inc. (NHanced) was acquired by Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) and will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of QCi. This transaction strengthens NHanced’s ability to support our growing customer base, expand manufacturing capacity and meet increasing demands for our services.
We wanted to reach out to you personally to explain what this means for you and your ongoing relationship with NHanced.
First, there will be no disruption to your current programs, projects or day-to-day interactions with our team. NHanced will continue to operate under its existing name and management structure and the team you work with today will remain your primary point of contact. Existing purchase orders, quotations, contracts and non-disclosure agreements remain unchanged and in full force.
We also recognize that some customers may have questions regarding confidentiality and the relationship between NHanced and QCi. Protecting customer information has always been a core commitment of NHanced. For many years, we have successfully supported customers that compete in the same markets while maintaining strict confidentiality and information controls. That commitment remains unchanged.
While QCi, as the parent company, will have visibility into NHanced’s overall business performance, customer-specific technical information, designs, intellectual property, product roadmaps and other proprietary information will continue to be protected and will not be shared outside of NHanced, except as authorized under existing agreements.
Looking ahead, we expect the impact of this transaction to be overwhelmingly positive for our customers. NHanced’s fabs in North Carolina and Indiana will continue normal operations while benefiting from additional resources, investment and support provided by QCi. These resources will help us expand capacity, improve operational efficiency and reduce production lead times at the factories, enabling us to serve you more effectively as your needs grow.
We are grateful for the confidence you have placed in NHanced and remain committed to earning that trust every day. We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition creates and remain fully committed to providing the same high level of service, responsiveness and confidentiality that you have come to expect from NHanced.
