John is our Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 30 years of accounting experience at corporate level, having held positions including Controller and Chief Financial Officer. A CPA with a degree from Northern Illinois University, John is our Federal and State tax expert.

Just prior to joining us, John spent 12 years at Tezzaron Semiconductor Corporation, where he held several roles, most recently as CFO. He was also Controller at both Tezzaron and Novati Technologies, where he supervised a team implementing a system of cost analysis and control. His roles at Tezzaron provided valuable experience dealing with U.S. Government reporting and understanding of their Financial Accounting Reporting Standards, which he now brings to NHanced.

John’s experience extends beyond microelectronics to other industries including Software Development, Defense Contractor, Logistics, and Construction.
