Qualifications

• BSEE with 5-10 years’ experience
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, budget, and overall program execution
• Write digital specifications and documentation
• Act as technical lead for development team
• Study, specify, design, and verify high-quality ICs
• Interface with customers and subcontractors
• Attend and present at meetings

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in FPGA design, IC design, IC layout
• VHDL and/or Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
• Scripting and programming
• Synthesis and static timing analysis

Preferred Experience

• Previous project leadership
• Technical and development team leadership
• Hands-on IC and SoC design work
• Strong interaction with different design disciplines
  (validation, software, physical implementation, etc.)
• Success in meeting challenging schedules

Personal Skills

• Self-motivated, efficient, and professional
• Focused on quality and reliability
• Excellent communicator in written and spoken English
