Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new process flows for new product introductions
- Execute engineering plans
- Evaluate and document new product flows and unit processes
- Practice continuous process improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of wafer lot processing
- Interface with customers and all levels of management
- Support day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment
(may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste)
Qualifications
- Required: US citizenship or permanent residency (“green card”)
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or physical science
or equivalent experience in semiconductor industry
- Required: 2+ years’ experience in a semiconductor fab working as a process engineer, etch engineer, wet engineer, or thin films engineer

- Knowledge of project planning, design of experiment, and scheduling
- Able to generate reports and present orally at meetings
- Able to use Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements/Restrictions
Must be able to:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift lot boxes, 2-35 lbs.
- Walk long distances
- Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
