Position Overview
The Inventory Analyst will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior operations and engineering leadership to monitor and maintain accurate raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory
- Ensure proper bin location and inventory rotation
- Provide data to support inventory turnover calculation
- Research and reconcile inventory variances
- Assist with monthly labor and machine capacity reviews
- Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve projected supply/demand imbalances
- Drive ongoing process improvements through appropriate root cause and corrective action
- Validate inventory accuracy during year-end audit
- Maintain fiscal integrity of inventory/production during fiscal year
- Collaborate with finance, planning, production, quality assurance, and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of inventory management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data reporting tools

- Proven ability to create, analyze, and manipulate large datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Highly detail-oriented
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Natural curiosity and interest in problem solving
- Strong sense of urgency to change, adapt, and push processes forward
