Packaging Assembly Cleanroom:

Main Manufacturing Cleanroom:
- Advanced packaging manufacturing
- 2.5D/3D with HI (heterogeneous integration)
- Many manufacturing and development tools already on site
- More tools arriving each week
- On schedule for full facilitation by August 2024
- On schedule for production by January 2025
- Extensive cleanroom space with class 100 ratings
Infrastructure:
- 30,000 sq.ft. plant
- Upgraded megawatt power
- High flow rate deionized water plant
- External gas farm
- High capacity air handlers
- Backup power generation
Operations:
- Local ecosystem being developed
- Collaboration space for R&D and university institutions
